Customizing a wig with LacedByTanay hair gives you the option to choose how you like your wig pricing change based off legnth and lace.
You can add color from the base color like streaks or one solid color.
All units come with Three bundles of Brazilian Hair and a closure or frontal.
Adjustable elastic band (wide straps) and you can request to add combs.
Shipping and Return Policy
Customized wigs is non refundable due to the time and effort into making the wig however the wig can be refunded before shipping meaning (if the order is placed but has not been shipped you can get a full refund on the wig ) please allow up to 7 business days before receiving a tracking number as wigs are being made Lacedbytanay will send updates to your email in that time frame.
- TimeFrames- To customize a unit takes up to 2 business days. shipping and handling takes 3 to 5 busines days.
- Shipping delay with carrier- LacedByTanay is not responsible for shipping delays with the carrier once the item is shipped its out of our hands you will have to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package or we will locate it for you. In the event the package is lost we will have to do a missing package claim with the carrier. All packages are sent with signature requirement that makes it easier to locate or it will be sent back to the carrier if no one is home to receieve the package and can be picked up from the carrier or shipped out again next business day. shipping due to incliment weather you will recieve updates from the carrier.
